Dinorella is dying to go to the dance, but her dreadful step-sisters, Doris and Dora, declare she’s too dowdy and dull. Dinorella is stuck in the den until Fairy-dactyl arrives, and bedecks Dinorella with some dazzling diamonds. Dinorella departs for the dance, but on arrival witnesses a dastardly deed, involving the duke and a disgraceful deinonychus. Dinorella must carry out a daring plan to save the day!

Pamela Duncan Edwards is a librarian at an independent school in Virginia. She is the author of many favorite books for children, including Warthogs in the Kitchen, Honk! and Muldoon, all illustrated by Henry Cole.
Henry Cole is a science teacher and an illustrator. He is the author and illustrator of Jack’s Garden, and also illustrated the hilarious Moosetache by Margie Palatini. He has collaborated with Pamela Duncan Edwards on many wonderful books for children. He lives in Virginia.
